It’s that time of year again and May 4th Dee and I will be kicking off the unique horse racing season with a Burby Derby Day to remember. We invite you and the family to join in on our typical Derby Day festivities with Pig Roast to remember. Our plan is to have everyone pitch in for a whole pig and sides a’plenty. This will make the day easy and belly’s full. Please RSVP ASAP but definitely by March 24th so we can divvy up costs.

As of now, with 20ish planned adult guests, we would be looking at ~$40/per person.
